Carrie Crummett works as a Clinical Services Manager at HealthWest.  In her role at HealthWest, she has seen the impact that a program such as Life Align can make to those seeking the opportunity for socialization, fun and personal interaction/support after traditional substance use disorder treatment. She is thrilled to be a part of supporting Life Align in bringing this much needed recovery support to the area.
